Via Apple AirPlay: It's practically all major music streaming apps/services including the free basic level of Spotify. When the AirPlay icon within any music app is pressed, all your WifiStream devices will show up as an AirPlay device option.
We recommend using AirPlay primarily for iOS devices for the best experience. The WifiStream must still be installed on your device to enable AirPlay and to manage Multi-Room groups.
Via WifiStream App: TuneIn, iHeartRadio, Spotify (Premium only), Tidal, Napster, vTuner, Qobuz. In addition, you can play any music stored locally on your iOS device and any DLNA-compatible storage device within your network, such as network hard drives and NAS. More services may be added in later updates.
Android

AirPlay capability may be added via third-party apps, in which additional fee may apply and your device may require rooting. Performance for AirPlay on Android cannot be guaranteed.

Update: We have recently added a new & different firmware that enables Alexa-skill to any WifiStream products. You still won't be able to activate Alexa if your WifiStream product does not have a built-in microphone but you can ask Alexa (via Amazon app, Alexa app, Echo, Dash wand, etc.) to play music to your WifiStream speaker or amplifier.
